Zorn spent eight years in the Integra Bank Corporation Evansville, Indiana. Upon his release, he was Director of Operations, Director of Finance and Secretary. Chaired the committee and the responsibility and Executive contacted the Audit Committee and ALCO committees. While in Evansville was also a faculty member to contract with the University of Southern Indiana, where he was instructor of the investment and corporate finance. Zorn was in Greensboro and Raleigh, North banks Carolina-based investment and capital markets, before moving to the Washington DC area for Wachovia. In particular, while Raleigh has established a growth rate of banking practices and new technology and Washington, he managed 325 employees and 30 offices in northern Virginia in seven areas, including commercial, retail, investment and private banking , commercial real estate, small businesses and investment banking. Mr. Zorn's early years was spent with Wachovia in marketing systems and services before moving to the bench. From 1986 to 1994 before joining Texas Commerce Bancorp, Mr. Zorn has been with Wachovia Corporation 1980-2001. Zorn senior vice president and director of the Southwestern District, based in Dallas, focusing on the market for medium and large corporate loans.
