CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE), a self-administered and managed by their own real estate investment trust focused on storage and storage solutions, announced today that it has entered into a joint venture with a subsidiary of Harrison Street Capital Royal Hacienda Real, LLC ("HSRE").
